My husband and I were on a tight schedule for lunch and went out of our way to stop at this location, expecting a quick and smooth experience. We arrived before opening and waited outside until 10:30, only for the doors to open several minutes late. When we were finally let in, we were told the staff wasn’t even ready for customers and that we’d need to wait another 10–15 minutes before being served. I ordered delivery this evening. Both of the burritos we received were small and soupy. There was absolutely NO rice in either of them. My son's chicken quesadilla barely had chicken. For the amount that we paid, and the long wait we had, we expected the food to be better. Huge disappointment. This was the first time we used this location and it will be our last.
