Love this place
Worst Pancheros, we keep giving them another try and it keeps getting worse. Young kids/workers need some supervision/management in food service. Always out of ingredients or not prepared. What they have left looks/taste old and cold. Pancheros was our go to for burritos, not this location, anymore.
DoorDash orders never show up correctly. I received a bowl of mostly rice and I’m missing my chips and queso. So happy I paid $30 and got rice. Thanks for that
Every single time I’ve come to this location, it’s consistently a major disappointment. I’ve come in 3 times around 7:10 in which there has been no protein available due to the very young kids cleaning up and getting ready to leave, even though it’s open until 8. This is very frustrating and showcases the poor work ethic. The food quality is also a roller coaster. Sometimes the chicken is super spicy, or under seasoned.
