Food was great. But today there was a manager training a new girl. I speak spanish so i was able to understand what she was saying to the new girl. Her way of talking to her was not professional at all. It made me feel very awkward and sad for the trainee. It made the experience bad from the beginning…. Pancheros please choose your managers wisely. Managers that are willing to treat others like humans. Food was good but i couldnt enjoy it because of what i witnessed. I love the food here. The tortillas are the bomb! All ingredients are way fresh! I tried to use the app for a promotion I saw in store and the workers said it doesn’t work. When I asked why not they said it was fake. This is not a good look.
