Update after going in months later (12/24). The owner was very kind and respectful. They now accept card which is very convenient. I’ve contacted Pancheros corporate asking them to contact me to discuss what I have witnessed here, but all they did was send me an automated email thanking me for reaching out. Pancheros @ Hamilton - excellent customer service always and yesterday a food delivery service assigned a driver who had some issue with delivering our food after picking it up but Pancheros remade our order for us free of charge due to the situation. Talk about ensuring a great customer experience with things out of your control. Highly recommend!
My husband and I absolutely love this place! It’s our go-to spot whenever we’re in the area. We’ve been going there forever and love the burritos.
I have been coming to this establishment for many years and have always enjoyed the food and the customer service. The management team has always treated me well and the staff is friendly. I will continue to frequent and always enjoy my time here.
