I have been going to Pancheros locations in Berlin and Voorhees for the last 10+ years and have nothing but exceptional experiences. I since moved to Hamilton NJ and was excited to continue to go to Panch. This location is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any Mexican chain. The manager is rude and walks around with earbuds in. I had a coupon for a free burrito in which she argued over and was reluctant to accept.
