Great example of a Pancheros franchise. It is well run, the owner and staff are friendly and customer oriented, and the food is always good. I rarely leave a bad review for a business, but our recent experience at this Pancheros was totally unacceptable. The treatment and outright manipulative lying by the manager, Mike, also warranted us reaching out to corporate and making a complaint.
