I wanted extra chicken didn't get it . I got the bowl and there was barely anything in there they didn't have any bags or black beans
Showed up to pick up two orders. There was one guy at the grill. He seemed confused when I asked him about the orders. Said he would go find the manager. 5 minutes later 3 or 4 guys come in from the patio, where I saw them when I pulled in. They were vaping and I figured they were customers. Nope. That was the staff. I’ve ordered multiple times from this location, both dining in and ordering for delivery. This location’s workers do not care at. I’ve seen multiple workers not wear hairnets while dining in and multiple orders have been made wrong. Today, the rice is barely cooked and there is no queso on the burrito when I made it that way. A side of queso with the burrito is not what I ordered. Do better or close up this location.
3/31/25 the worst and I mean the worst experience. Food burnt and dry. Fountain pop was just brown water…nasty. Crew was unorganized and looked high out of their minds…a burrito should not be this hard. Store was empty and not busy besides the people in front of me that also had their order messed up…girl with face tattoos was very confrontational…definitely won’t be back here for a while. 🤮
I got food poisoning from here. I don’t advise going here.
