Rice was not ready, and needed 30 minutes to finish, why are we not prepared chat?
So we just walked into this location , and were told “ we are short staffed and can’t serve anyone “. Please stop supporting this business . Three employees standing there doing nothing and telling people this. Obviously management is the problem, it the hourly employees . Chipotle opens soon in Altoona and will definitely shut this business down. That is a given.
Very happy now!! In the past... my husband and I used to go in here and each time was worse than the last... so we stopped going all together (empty containers, explicit and LOUD music, guy touching his face with his gloves before wrapping up my husbands burrito, and everything in between) Not sure what changed behind scenes but it is a million times better now!! The adult males working seemed to have an issue with taking and preparing people’s food orders. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and got a cheese quesadilla instead. I asked for hot sauce on the burrito bowl and got salsa. Terrible customer service and attitudes.
Very mediocre. Last time they messed up our online order, the time before that the food was disappointing. They used about twice as much rice as needed and not much meat. My burrito was the worst I've ever had and my friends bowl was terrible too. Definitely better options in the area.
