I usually enjoy Pancheros for their food, but this visit was very disappointing. While the food itself was good, the customer service was terrible. The employees were rude, and the overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable with both staff and other customers. Place is beyond slow. Could go to most steak houses and get your food in half the time it took us to get a pickup order
Every time I eat at Pancheros I have a good experience. I am a fan of the steak burrito and the chips and queso. I have been eating at Pancheros for around 20 years. Never get tired of it.
The manager acted slow minded as did the employees. They can't understand basic concepts like: cook food, assemble burrito, take money, give receipt. Just an abhorrent experience all around par for the course with pancheros.
