The first time I ever went there we ordered online it was curbside only but it took over an hour to get our food and the staff was very unfriendly and uncooperative. We tried it for the second time tonight because we figured it would be less hectic since things have calmed down so we walked up to the counter and there were two employees working one of which looked to be a manager based on his uniform so we stood up there for almost 5 minutes and were never acknowledged at all it truly seemed like they were intentionally igno... read more
Totally messed up my online order. I called and they said to stop in and pickup some free burrito cards. When I did the gentleman at the counter completely ignored me when I said why I was there. Then I said who can I speak to about it and he said I’m the owner and know nothing about it. With that kind of customer service he’s lost a customer for life.

I went in to carry out and most the employees were wearing masks but one man and there was another guy wearing his mask below his nose so I left. Covid is real, please make your people and customers wear masks. As customers we have the power to choose places that protect their employees and customers so speak up! Maybe you can save a life

RecommendedVery clean, quick, and friendly staff! Also we used pancheros for catering and didn't have to do a single thing to set up! they were on time and everyone was impressed with the spread!
I have enjoyed in the past, always order through the app. But today my bag and container were wet, and my "salad" did not include lettuce? if I come back I'll need to double check my order before driving back to work.
