They put out a deal for a burrito for $5 waited an hour. They came out and said it would be an additional 15 minutes for chicken orders. Asked if we would cancel the order if we could use the coupon on the regular line, they said yes, we cancel it and where denied the coupon because it takes 24 hours for the refund, wow. My little girl still wanted her. Burrito so, Waited an hour to pay full price.

I usually come to this place and the staff is always very kind and polite, which is why I keep coming back. However, this Thursday 04/16 I had a different experience. I placed and order and I was having bit of trouble finding a name, so I politely asked a young man for help.
