Big Burritos I've been to every Pancheros in Des Moines and even all of them in Iowa City. Believe the hype! This place delivers great food for great prices. The Ankeny location doesn't make as big of burritos as the other locations so try else where first but if you are in a pinch Ankeny will do.
Healthy Mexican? The food is prepared in front of you as you go down the counter. You select what you want in your taco or burrito. While the food is not that spicy it does seem to be pretty healthy and it's never stale.
