I use to love this place. Haven't been there in over 6 years. I am considering putting in a complaint to the health department... I have NEVER felt that way about any restaurant. Food looked spoiled, trash was over flowing, area was in general filthy. The dough was stored uncovered near the floor, they were cooking down black beans and a filthy looking man with no evidence of washing his hands stuck his hands in the pot smooshed some beans to see if they were done and then threw them back into the pot. I showed up here at 9:45pm,snd called ahead the doors were locked and older guy inside yelled closed at me and made rude gestures as if to provoke me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do. Not. Go. Here. Go to Chipotle or Qdoba, those places have the same basic format. For the money you spend here (which is more than the aforementioned places) you get cold food in a small portion served by people that probably have to concentrate on just breathing. I repeat, and please heed these words; Do. Not. Go. Here.

I haven't been to Panchero's in a while. Last weekend I was happy to see the new seating. Unfortunately, the food wasn't so great. The preparation area was a mess, food looked dried out, but the most disgusting thing was the bug I found in my burrito. I was almost finished with my meal so you can imagine how I felt. The young man preparing food was a nice fellow. I wish the staff would clean it up and take more pride in their establishment. I won't be back for more than a soda. Sad.

they catered our work event and it was perfect! they delivered it hot! Great experience looking forward to my next pARTY WITH PANCHEROS!
