Yesterday I ate there and now I’m sick! I had a quesadilla with cheese, chicken, and rice. That’s it! And now I have horrible diarrhea. I heard that my friends office also ate there yesterday and their whole office is sick too. Im worried now that something was wrong with their chicken!!
The first time I ever went there we ordered online it was curbside only but it took over an hour to get our food and the staff was very unfriendly and uncooperative. We tried it for the second time tonight because we figured it would be less hectic since things have calmed down so we walked up to the counter and there were two employees working one of which looked to be a manager based on his uniform so we stood up there for almost 5 minutes and were never acknowledged at all it truly seemed like they were intentionally igno... read more
Totally messed up my online order. I called and they said to stop in and pickup some free burrito cards. When I did the gentleman at the counter completely ignored me when I said why I was there. Then I said who can I speak to about it and he said I’m the owner and know nothing about it. With that kind of customer service he’s lost a customer for life.

Pancheros has the very best fresh "always" Burrito in Rapid City
This place is not very Mexican. But honestly what is Mexican in Rapid City. The tortillas are good. But other wise, not much to brag about.
This is a nice place to go for nice, fresh fast food. Tortillas are fresh and the queso is the best in town.
