This review is not for Dr Panchal who is top notch but for the front office receptionist. I have yet to come across someone ruder than this lady whose name unfortunately I don’t know. I had an appointment booked with dr panchal for the weekend. Something came up and I tried calling their office to cancel the appointment. No one answered the call and I forgot because I got caught up at work. I received a call the next day and I requested them to “push” the appointment. Great eye doctor
I recently took a 96 year old woman with mobility, hearing and sight issues to this clinic for a check up. I cannot rate the staff highly enough! They were kind and thoughtful from the beginning, making sure we didn't have to wait in the waiting room and could come right into the exam room. The Dr. spoke loudly and directly to the patient instead of trying to ask me for her information instead, which is great because she really wanted to speak to him herself. He helped her into the chair and explained everything he was doing... read more
