I would not under any circumstance use Dr. Melvin's office for any medical needs whatsoever. I have been trying for a week now to get a handicap tag paper signed. I hand delivered it to the secretary/front desk woman with a stamp addressed envelope, so as soon as its signed they can just drop it in the mail. I was told they don't receive or send mail. Now that is a balded face lie, that I will not deal with. It is the most unempathetic medical office I have ever dealt with. There is so much more I can add to this review. But... read more
You shouldn't have to tell the receptionist your business, she will not even let you speak to the nurse or make an appointment even though you been a patient for 30 years. Will be considering another doctor.
