Totally incompetent place. They last minute cancelled on me TWICE after I showed up after taking off work. They billed me for things they said were covered by my insurance. Total sloppy mess of a place. Wouldn't take my dog there.
Receptionist was unbelievably rude.
Posting to every page they have. They are awful and do not care!! Unprofessional, in-compassionate, and just rude. Please go somewhere that will show you basic human decency!
The posted hours are incorrect on the Pan Care website. They do not accept Walk-ins; and they apparently do not see patients on Fridays.
The clinic does not see patients on Friday. The website and sign indicated it was open.
