Had family in town and decided to try pancake pantry with them. We all loved it. Came back within a few days. The wait is worth it. I can't wait to go again

If you are looking for the same food, portion sizes, service, & taste as Pancake Pantry in Gatlinburg...this is not your place. Very disappointed. With the same name & sign, we were under the impression that this one must have been under the same ownership, just an additional location. There is no comparison between this one & the one in Gatlinburg. Definitely won't be back.
I'm so sorry to hear of Joyce's passing...she was the heart of PP. I hope her family knows just how much she was loved by her customers. Her heart touched the souls of anyone she served. Rip, Joyce.
Great food the medley and the French toast are excellent
My mother & I used to get the Caribbean Pancakes each, but now we share them because there is just so much yumminess. Love this place.
Blueberry pancakes are delicious! Wife had the Chocolate sin. It was all wonderful!
Waitress took the order of two tables that sat down after us before taking our order. Group sat down after us and got their food before our order was even taken. Been here about 45, still waiting on food and wondering what the waitresses name is since she never introduced herself. Hope the food makes up for it. Dissapointed..
Food is alright and a little pricey. Long wait for mediocre food. Staff was friendly and it was clean.cant express how long the wait was than the wait for the food just not what I was expecting
