Love everything about the pancake factory! Soooo good!
The service/server was nothing short of the best.. the things you need.. you did not need to ask for.sure was happy and pleasant but not overly. The food did not disappoint either.. i had a slice of the counrty ham and the Santa Fe cornmeal pancakes.. best pancakes I've ever had..

The wait is worth every bite. I promise. The chef's medley, the grits, the sugar and spice pancakes are the best I've ever had... I'll be flying from Fort Lauderdale, FL. JUST to grab a bite from here. Great service, great food, and great charm.

Service was good, breakfast with pancakes were very good, however very expensive. With tip $30 for two.�
I can't even explain how amazing these pancakes are!! I live in New Jersey, won't be driving back through until May and am going to time my entire trip to Texas to pick up my daughter from college around stopping for pancakes!!!! #bestintheworld
I like to go to Pancake Pantry and try to go when line won't be long. We arrived around 9 and was immediately seated. Good food and service. Love the sweet potato pancakes!

I have grown up in East TN going to the original in Gatlinburg. The original is best. It's the syrup. The Nashville location puts some different flavor in their syrup. It's almost a butterscotch-y taste. But...it's still delicious, and I come here almost every time I'm here! �
