The waiters were so rude to me. I'm not from Nashville so I didn't know whether the tip could be included in the transaction and they were snappy with me when I thought it was. Yes, the pancakes are delicious, you can get every type of crepe under the sun and as a pancake enthusiast, I enjoyed that, but as a visitor, I was not impressed with the service. It was also noisy and crowded. Granted, it's very famous, but I look for a more homegrown, intimate, down-to-earth setting, especially when visiting the South.
