We came here twice. The egg tarts were not the best. Today, I went to get the biggie mango mochi. The mango was old and mushy. It wasn’t fresh. I should have known when I saw so many left overs . The other location is often sold out, so always have fresh supplies . Can’t say the same for this location tho ..
When I signed up for the membership, I was told I would receive a 10% discount on all purchases. However, the employee with glasses only reminded me to add funds to my account and failed to apply my discount. This has happened twice now, and I only realized it after checking my receipt at home. Is this a deliberate business tactic?
Great buns. Sorta premium but they arnt too expensive to begin with so much worth it
I don’t like the cashier telling me to “you have to money next time”. I mean I am the customer and I have the full right on when I want to add or I can choose NOT to add money any more. “ Have to” is NOT a good word to say to customers however good your product is.
