Worst service ever in Australia, went for first time well within the Practice timings . receptionist outrightly told that the doctor cannot take anymore patients. The lady receptionist didn’t bother to ask the reason for the visit and what problem I was facing. Very rude. Don’t recommend anyone to go.
Best dr and the staff are very friendly
"Do no harm" is a core principle of medical ethics. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Medaly did not reflect this standard. I found them to be insensitive and lacking in empathy, especially in interactions with vulnerable patients. I would strongly encourage others to consider their mental and emotional wellbeing before seeking care from this provider. My experience was not only unhelpful but also distressing."
