These people are wonderful! Have been doing my inn and home for 15 years. Never a problem to come "off-schedule" if I have an unusual issue. Would never use anyone else!!
It was so peaceful
One time they didn't call ahead of time to confirm so I didn't leave a key or the door unlocked. I mean, why would I??! They guy says he came out anyways and "sprayed the outside". The company DEMANDED full payment anyways as if they sprayed the entire property (inside and out). I said "I don't live outside" and "what happened to the confirmation phone call?"
