Quality of work issues every time I go there....disappointing
Pretty bad experience Was told when I scheduled that my truck was still covered, turned not to be true so I'll have to do the oil myself However, our appointment was for 2 cars and estimated at 1 hour Somehow one car ended up taking 2.5 hours Sales department was great and its a nice dealership I imagine they were overly busy, but an appointment should have priority

TLDR: No proper updates, locked my keys in the truck, used and lost parts of my tire changing kit, did nothing to make it right. The service that we received was beyond subpar during the Strut replacement on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Throughout the duration of the replacement they constantly called the wrong number to provide what few updates they did.
