I made an appointment for 7:30 and waited until 9:00, no one even came to check me in. I'm very disappointed with this service. I don't know where the manager is looking. I'm completely disappointed with the service at this place. I can only leave the worst impression of this place.

Pretty bad experience Was told when I scheduled that my truck was still covered, turned not to be true so I'll have to do the oil myself However, our appointment was for 2 cars and estimated at 1 hour Somehow one car ended up taking 2.5 hours Sales department was great and its a nice dealership I imagine they were overly busy, but an appointment should have priority
