So, long story short, we were concerned that our trip wasn't going to go well after we tried to book a tour early in the morning online for a 9am trip and got a call to reschedule for a later time due to some issues with the booking company. All of our concerns were shortly wiped away by the friendliness and professionalism of Captain Dane and Wes!
