The best
unloading is good, but there’s just a bunch of unorganized and confused employees in that shipping/receiving office. And then you come to the loading docks where people block your way. It’s very tight to back in and they park everywhere just to walk out to the office no clear signs no rules no restrictions no instructions. It’s just a whole mess. they need to do better
First time ever picking up here in 16yrs OTR and man from the lady that checked me in to the guy that unloaded me everyone was pleasant friendly and quick would definitely be back if I can
If this place could get a zero it would . I've been here since 11am and still can't get loaded . Worse customer service I've had in a while and as a Truck driver it really Sucks when your on a Schedule !!!
Check-In was smooth, everybody is friendly…. Been on the dock for 1.5 hours so far, no signs of life. Have a good movie ready for when you get loaded here.
