Dr. Panangiotis is a world class endocrinologist. He is always willing to listen to you and find solutions to your problem. Not a rigid know it all. He is kind and scientifically curious as well. I recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of specialty.
My son was released from the hospital where he met Dr. P and received a diagnosis and medication for an autoimmune condition. The prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Dr. P's office has not once answered the phone when I call, only his answering service. We ended up having to make the drive to pick up my son's prescription. Discharge paperwork said for my son to follow up with Dr. P in 1 week. Took over a week and daily messages via his answering service for us to even be able to schedule an appt. He is 45 minutes late as a matter of course. No apology. Sometimes an hour. Seems to be a pen and paper relic. I am not sure how up to date he is, I had to leave him due to his lack of respect to his patients.
Hands down the most incompetent doctors office I have ever been to. The doctor himself is OK, but the front desk and staff are incredibly rude, disrespectful, unorganized and aggressive. The doctor took over 3 weeks to get back to me on labs, and once I showed up at my appointment his office hadn’t even requested the results from the lab, AFTER I was waiting for over an hour to even be seen. Will not be recommending this place nor will be returning.
