Dr.Mitropoulos Outstanding comes to my post the team knew just what I needed and listened to me they understood I needed extra help they let my husband hold my hand they listened when I said I needed something and that is huge !! They have been so kind and supportive rare in a doctors office surgery is scary stuff and the doctors team put me 100 percent at ease I can't thank you enough . Compassion is huge and I highly recommend you and your team to anyone needing a dermatologist. Thank you
Dr. Mitropoulos in the Heathrow office of Advanced Dermatology is fantastic. Very thorough. Clear communicator. Took care of issues I had that the health practitioners in two other Advanced Dermatology offices said didn't need or could not be addressed. I drive 45 minutes and go past those other two offices so see Dr. Mitropoulos. The professional and administrative office staff (in the Heathrow office) are excellent.
This “doctor” is also at Advanced Dermatology. Very unprofessional, horrible bedside manner and completely lacks empathy for patients. You’ll feel like you’re just a number and not a patient. Completely there just to get people in and out. Total lack of compassion and care. His office manager Jillian is even more unprofessional. After calling her, corporate office and sending emails regarding my concerns, they haven’t responded after a month. Trust me- they don’t care. Find a doctor who does.
I went in for a spot on my cheek, I asked Dr. Metropolis to biopsy the spot and he stated "it was just oil glands" After feeling uneasy about the spot I went to another dermatologist for a 2nd opinion. Turns out to be pre-cancerous and I need to have it removed. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
