Absolutely terrible! My husband purchased a discount package - manicure, pedicure, hair cut, and facial. Well, holy smokes, what a waste of money! Incredibly difficult to schedule, first of all. Then, the lady who did my facial reeked of cigarette smoke and made fun of my current skin care routine (rude and unacceptable)! The way they have it set up is that the stylist or whoever provided your service hovers over you as you check out, so you feel obligated to leave a tip. The manicure was a complete rip off!
