Took a family member for an appointment at Panaceum, and on arriving for said appointment, was told there was no record of the appointment scheduled. I had made the appointment in person as I could not get through on phone. Was so angry as due to circumstances of family member, it is difficult to take them to doctor.
I have recently had ankle surgery and needed to see a physio to help with my recovery, I have had a few appointments with Sinoya Tuckerman, I can’t speak highly enough of him, he listens to what I’m saying and sets or modifies my exercise program he has given me. Thank you Sinoya, I am very appreciative of your help and support. Kath McCaw
Have had ringworm for 6 weeks and have been applying over the counter ointment the whole time. Google suggested getting antifungal tablets if the ointments don't work. Off to the doctor who prescribed the same ointment that I have been applying for a month already and it has only allowed it to get worse.
Every staff member I have interacted with has been friendly and professional. They have always been running on time. Doctor yousefi is the most caring and competent doctor I have ever used!
