Great place to work if u want to be back stabbed and screwed over. Plant manager is racist and gives all the work to his favorites while black balling the ppl he doesn't like. Complain about it and you get fired no matter how long you've been there. If corporate knew about his abuse of power, all the personal miles he racks up on company vehicles and his many paid days off (when he should be in the office) he'd probably get fired too.
