After having an appointment for three months I arrived at the clinic to find my appointment had been given to a cash paying customer, I had insurance. They used the excuse that it was a computer error yet they wouldn't cancel his appointment and see me. The only thing they could offer was to say they were sorry and I would just have to reschedule.
