O local não tem privacidade já que as salas não são fechadas podemos escutar tudo o que é dito em outras salas e até na recepção. A equipe não é profissional. Marquei minha consulta em Junho para ser atendida em Agosto, quando já estava aguardando o médico a 45 minutos ele entra na sala e diz que não aceitam mais o meu insurance, sendo que em Abril quando tive a primeira consulta aceitaram, porém o mesmo não pediu exames e disse que pediria na próxima consulta (Agosto), ou seja eles sabiam qual era o meu insurance.
