Had a good experience the first time I had to go into the office but my second trip was not as pleasant. Took an hour to renew insurance. The absent minded girl who called me asked to verify my address at the beginning of my visit just to tell me they didn't have the correct address by the end. Why would you verify an address if it doesn't match to begin with? The girl even picked her nose with her acrylic nails just before handing me my paperwork. I'd go back but I would avoid her.
I must share with everyone, the employees are awesome, happy friendly and caring. They really are the agency that cares!!!!!
It's a fast, easy insurance, makes getting liability insurance a breeze and for as low as 45$ a month!
