My husband and I have been customers since 2001. The only problem we have is that "your emergency contact" receives a bill if you do not pay by the first. YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT WILL OPEN THE BILL BECAUSE IT WILL BE ADDRESSED TO THEM. SO, BE CAREFUL WHO YOU PUT DOWN FOR YOUR CONTACT AND PAY ON THE 1ST IN PERSON! If your payment is received on the 2nd 15.00 late fee and so on. Otherwise you should be ok.
I've been a customer with PanAm Storage for several years now and have always found everyone to be courteous, helpful and respectful. Prices are reasonable and Mr. Yanez will help with all your storage needs. His staff is top-notch. BAM USPS
