Claimed they tried delivering my grandmother's flowers and tried calling her. Then when I called the next day to see where her flowers were the lady was rude and then hung up on me. Never again will. Editing to add yes he called but the lady that I spoke to DID hangup on me. And had I not called to see where the flowers were..... Would they have been delivered? Why wasn't I as the buyer called and told???? You were rude and of story and i should have been called.
Easy to order from website. Delivery as requested for friend’s sympathy arrangement. She was very happy with the flowers and they looked beautiful
I ordered a wedding bouquet from here and it was the worst bouquet I have ever seen. It was not wedding worthy, and I was the bride. It was beyond embarrassing. The guy working said he understood what I wanted, even after being rude. I should have known when he was being rude to me at the counter, that he wasn't intending on making a beautiful arrangement.
