Bye bye Pam....ruined my comforter....gave them a WHITE FLUFFY COMFORTER and got a light mauve colored sheet like cardboard encased piece of crap. ....NEVER NEVER NEVER....no apology no sorry ...just THAT IS WHY WE GET YOU TO SIGN THE WAIVER. WOW.

If I could give this business a negative star rating I would. This business displayed the same callous attitude to us that several other customers described. They ruined two dress shirts by staining one, front and back, and causing a tear in the sleeve of another. When shown the damage, they denied any responsibility. The owner herself was rude and offensive. Guess she has gotten a lot of flak from other disappointed customers and has an attitude ready to go! Horrible!!!!!!! Only take what you don t care about. I took 2 shirts while out of town....\$120 each.....they came back with un removable spots all over both...when I was told about them the owner said they came in that way...AND charged me \$10.50 for it.....It was clear it was a chemical of some sort on the front,back and sleeves ON BOTH SHIRTS......She said i must have spilled super glue on them......said shes not responsible....she said she personaly washed both shirts by themselves......I said that makes sense...there w... read more

I took my dress shirts to have them dry cleaned. After I got them home, I noticed that the shirts still needed pressing. When I called the cleaners, they told me they laundered them and didnt dry clean them. The man I spoke with then became personal and said I obviously didnt know the difference between the two. Regardless, I asked for the shirts to be dry cleaned and they werent. The business didnt offer to fix the problem or give any type of refund. Weve been using them for 8 years. Nice, family owned business.
This dry cleaner is way too expensive. Mediocre service and overpriced. Look to go somewhere else.
