I recently visited this salon for a haircut and full body waxing, and I must say, the overall experience was quite impressive. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The hairstylist was attentive and took the time to understand the look I was going for. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The girl who did my threading was extremely harsh and didn’t listen to anything I was saying. I asked her to be gentle and to keep the natural shape of my eyebrows, but she completely ignored my request. The end result was painful and left my eyebrows uneven and badly shaped. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you care about your brows or want someone who actually listens to your concerns.

I started coming here after another salon gave me uneven eyebrows, even though I had been going there for a while. Since switching to Pam’s and coming here regularly for the past few months, I’ve noticed a big improvement—my eyebrows are looking more even and symmetrical on both sides.
