Arrived 8 min late for an appt.. waiting in line to check in, then after waiting in lobby. They tell me I checking in 13 min late so my appt is canceled. Very frustrating seeing I waited 45 min last time I was here to see anyone
These doctors are all very attentive, caring and competent. The staff is at times a little rough on the edges, considering they are dealing with stressed out sick people. Can usually get appointments within a day or two, if you have flexible scheduling.
Although the wait is usually long unless you get a morning appointment, it's worth it! Dr. Pampin is so trustworthy. He really listens to what I say and discusses all the possible treatments. He takes his time answering any questions, and really remembers personal information about his patients (not only where I went to college, but also my major!) I would give him 5 stars, but the wait is usually long. Also, the nurses are very kind!
