I have been coming to this salon for more than a year now and I am very disappointed with the customer service. My nail tech, Nancy, does an excellent job and I have absolutely no complaints about her. She is the best and sweetest. However, the vibe at this salon is of a HIGHSCHOOL. Amazing service by Nancy gave me exactly what I asked for and more! She kept checking to see my if my length was ok if I wanted them more narrow if one coat or 2 coats look better we both decided two coats were better lol love love love my new nail spot!! I am from the valley BTW I will soon be returning!!
