Don't bother with this one!! During the last 4-years, all of the good groomers have left. (Jessica was the best!) Up until this last one, Wendi, I was very satisfied. However, having to take back my dog 2 out of the last 3 times is ridiculous. Wendi is inconsistent at best; and incompetent most of the time. She does not listen to what you tell her and she doesn't keep notes for each dog and their owner's preferences. Cageless?? Excuse me?? I guess you have to be an ex employee to really know the truth about this place! Cageless boarding is an outright lie! In fact they stack crates on top of each other to be able to take more dogs! The weekends are the worst! Humans leave at 6 pm and don't come back to let dogs out until 8 the next morning! They need the grooming tubs to clean dogs that pee and poop over the night. Yes dogs are left for over 14 hours! This Place is Doogie Heaven You have to go see this place where the dogs are playing like kids in a playground. The inside is huge and there is a beautiful mural covering the entire wall. In addition to letting my Cockapoo Bailey play all day, they also have a great groomer Wendy. When I go out of town I'm able to leave Bailey there overnight, Pampered Pup'z also does cageless boarding. I Bill and his staff are wonderful. I highly recommend Pampered Pup'z

Happy Dogs! I have brought my dogs, Nessy and Zoey since they have opened and they come home tired every day form playing! I love it. Everyone there is so friendly and I love the stories they tell me daily about my pups and the random pictures I get of them playing.

dont subject your dog The owner is very friendly but the groomers are unprofesional, rude, and do a horrible job. After receiving a bad grooming and returning to have it done correctly we were confronted by the groomer and told we didnt love our dog!!!! in front of the owner that never said a word to back down his employee from insulting a customer. Best Day Care Overnight Grooming Ever! I am a regular (like so many others are) at Pampered Pup'z. They have a wonderful and fun place. Bill the owner personally greats every dog when they come in. He makes them feel at home. Wendy is their groomer. She has 26 years experience and it shows. I cannot speak highly enough them, you need to see for yourself!

Walk through I did a walk though today and the play sections looked really small. Looked like anything but papering. I couldn't see the back play area because of the issues they were having with the car dealership and the dogs chasing the cars. I have seen much larger establishments. Couldn't help but notice that a dog was yelping when getting his nails trimmed. One good note is that the dogs are never cages while at day care.
