I don't know what happened to this place, I used their service for almost three years, with friendly and excellent service, but something changed about six months ago and the customer service and care for my dog went out the window. There's a lot of "bad vibe" attitude towards the customer anymore. I don't like it. I don't recommend them. My money is better spent someplace that actually wants me there.

We take our dog to Pampered Pooch a couple of time each year while we are at Bennett Spring State Park on vacation. They do a great job! Bella always looks nice and she comes out happy.
I’ve never in my life taken a pet to a groomer - hands down AMAZING!! Will definitely take my Sweet Sailor again !! Love Love Love it !!!
