RecommendedRyan is always on time and he is eager to discuss my Tango's grooming needs. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and one day he cut all their nails! My Havanese's fur is difficult b/c the undercoat snarls into mats, but the top coat always looks good. Ryan always does a great job on her.
I had the best experience today at Pampered Pooch! Not only do my pups look amazing (thank you Janet), the professionalism and customer service were outstanding at this salon. I will definitely be bringing my fur babies here for their spa days in the future! Below is a picture of Kylie (the mop) before - and her super happy new look! Love it!

Soooooooooooooooo happy to have Pampered Pooch in our neighborhood. My dog does not like to have his feet trimmed and will literally cry about it. He is not a high-strung dog; he is in fact a perfect gentleman most of the time. My dog joined our family 1.5 years ago (he is almost 5 years old now) so I don't know what has caused him to fear having his nails cut and his paw fur trimmed. Our Std.Schnauzer, Max, was turned away by several area Groomers because he is just a nervous guy and doesn't warm up to other people very well. We were given a card for Pampered Pooch by the girls over at VCA Midpark Vets. Ryan did a fantastic job with Max and my wife and I are very happy with how Max looks now. So glad we found a Groomer that takes the time to understand the right way to handle dogs like Max who are nervous and a little skitterish. Thank you Pampered Pooch !
