We cater to animals that are elderly, have medical needs,scared,shy,overly energized and just wanting to hang out with others outside in the yards and in the pools. The people there were awesome! My Boston has cataracts so she can act a little difficult with nail trims. They were awesome with her and took their time. I saw three staff members while there and all were super friendly and eager to help. Thank you all for doing such a great job!

I highly recommend taking all your furry children to DeeDee and she always does an awesome grooming and pampering of all her clients!!!
Allowed our dog, wholly unprovoked and on a lead, to be mauled by an unpredictable, fence-jumping, poorly socialized pit bull mix. The pit bull mix is still being kept there weekdays, but "isolated" from the other dogs because the business owner feels terrible for the plight of the dog owner. Use at your own risk as the business owner assumes no liability and other pet owners are free to ignore demands for responsibility.

This accusation is not completely true. The pet owner is willing to pay half of the bill and Pampered Pets has offered to pay the rest. I'm completely willing to speak about this with any potential clients.
The folks at pampered pets always take such great care of our dog Zoey. She darts down the stairs to play the moment I bring her inside for daycare, which makes me feel very confident about leaving her there. I love seeing the posts on Facebook and knowing what she is doing each day. I definitely recommend using the daycare, boarding, and grooming services.
