Carol has been grooming my papillon, Jaden, for many years. It’s the only place I’d ever take him to. Carol is so good with him and i just know my boy is getting the very best care. It’s obvious she is a big animal lover and that is reflected in everything she does. Not to mention she is a one-woman operation, is incredibly organized and efficient. Love Pampered Pets!

Carol has been grooming my dogs for years. My Max loves going there and I will continue to take my dogs there as long as she remains in business.

Horrible place. The owner was rude and short with me like she was already stressed out at 8am.. I thought my sweet lulu would be given the attention we had talked about over the phone and I would pick her up in an hour or two tops but was told no she will be in a cage till 4;00 with a dryer on her the whole time.she was not sweet and nice to lulu at all just another dog to squeeze in when it was apparent she didn’t have time for her. and. ther owner did not know what a lion cut was I had to google it to show her.
