First of all we took our dog to her because of her good reviews but it was the worst decision ever :( When we got there it was odd that she didn t asked for vaccination records, especially knowing we were a new client.We dropped off our lil` precious at 9:30 am and she didn t even called that he was ready until 3:30 pm. When we dropped off our dog he was perfectly fine. Now, when we picked him up he was coughing and it seemed like he was choking and Megan claimed that maybe he had an allergy. I called in one day and i was shoked to hear that she was booked for the next 2wks. I begged her if she could fit my dog in for just a bath and she said yes. I came back in 20 min and my dog was all done. He was super clean and happy. Then i noticed all the other dog and they looked sooo good. Now i know why she is sooo booked. They were all super happy and adorable. I asked her a million questions about dog grooming and she took time out of her schedule to answer all of them.
