My Siberian husky just graduated puppy kindergarten and I have to say Valerie is an amazing trainer ! I plan on furthering my puppy's education through Pampered Pets .
I could not possibly rave on Pampered Pets enough! Valerie is an amazing trainer...for both dogs and their humans! She is so incredibly patient and calm. I would recommend her classes over and over! If you haven't checked out Pampered Pets yet, don't wait! They are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!
I like their grooming services. My dog came back looking great! She doesn't get groomed often but I would consider using them again.
We just boarded our two dogs at Pampered Pets while we spent a weekend away. Although it was an OK experience and the staff were very friendly, some of their policies aren't right. We are originally from New Orleans and had an amazing boarding place there which let the dogs have play time and do their business at no added cost besides the set lodging price per night. We take our dog to pampered pets for training and for the day camp and it's hands down a fantastic place. They clearly care and love the animals that visit.
Butters got a wash and cut here today and she looks amazing! The customer service was great and the price was fair. Butters looks adorable and she seems very happy!
The people were very polite and friendly and I believe they took good care of my dog while she was boarded there for 4 days. I like that they had a little report card to show me how she did when I picked her up. That was very helpful as this was only the second time I've ever boarded my dog and I was unsure how she had done at the other place the first time. They even washed her blanket for us. I would definitely board her there again and recommend them for boarding (we didn't have her groomed while she was there).
I love how excited Baxter gets when he knows it's a Pampered Pets day. He can hardly wait! The staff is great. He loves all of them and he gets such great care and attention there. I'm so impressed by the facilities. The new yard and the pools are fantastic fun for the dogs. Baxter comes home worn out and ready for a good sleep!
