Started bringing my Golden Retriever, Kya, here back in October and she has been coming here ever since! Dave makes sure to communicate well, work with my schedule, and Kya is always happy going in! BEST groomers I have ever taken my pets to! They take their time and their work is phenomenal - large and small dogs! ALWAYS willing and open to how you'd like your pet cut or trying something new! I have not gone home disappointed and Kya loves showing off her new groom afterwards! :)

We've been taking our bichons to Pampered Pets for over 12 years now. Sarah is the only groomer in the area I know of who can correctly groom a bichon frise. She and Dave also treat all their furry clients as their own. You couldn't do better than these two.

We just moved to Blacksburg and Pampered Pets came highly recommended! We have 2 senior dogs, one of which can be very skittish. On top of that we have never in 13 years taken them to a groomer. Bottom line they knocked it out of the park! My pups look and smell great! They took great care of them and said they did awesome which was a big surprise to me!!!! Thanks!! We will definitely be returning customers!
My very first experience taking my puppy to be groomed. I was Throughly satisfied with their caring, gentle and professional business practices. I had to leave my puppy � with them, because, I had to go to work! I admit, I was concerned. When I picked Prince � Harry up, after work, I was delighted �! He looked like royalty �
Good people, best groomers around have taking my dogs there for years , tried a couple other groomers no-one comes even close to them always a fair price, never have to leave my dog there all day, just a few hours and she's ready to go home, so she's never stressed.
