We come from New Castle to Delaware City to take our girls (3 dogs) to Pampered Pet's. I can honestly say they care and they are true pet lover's. You can't beat the price to get their nails clipped compared to other places. Thank you for always doing a GREAT job. Thank you Mishna Costango.
Pampered Pets has groomed my dogs and my cats well into retirement! Very compassionate and competent groomers. The business works like a well oiled machine as they work as team! Cant express how wonderful everyone is! My critters are always happy and looking good! Place is very clean and staff very knowledgable.

When you called, I stated to you that I did not witness any behavior in the front room because I was grooming. That is why I reviewed the tapes. The tapes showed that the office manager tapped on Charlie's cage and corrected him with a hey, hey, hey and to stop scratching at the cage. His behavior is dangerous to himself, as dogs can rip their nails off, and it needed to be stopped. Charlie's owner was smiling, instead of her correcting him herself. As long as I live in DE, I'm exclusively taking my scottish terrier to Pampered Pets. Their groomers are the most professional, compassionate and caring I've seen...AND their prices are phenominal. I highly recommend Pampered Pets to any dog owner for grooming needs.

I have tried several different groomers in the area and none of them can compare. My dog Ginger looks awesome and their prices are reasonable. We are so happy to have found a great groomer.
