Very sorry to hear that the groomer, Amy, is gone. NO ONE could handle my dog like Amy. I expressed this to the owner, Sandy, and explained that the last groomer they claimed was "very experienced" sent me home with a wet dog who only had half of his hair cut...that's it! Pampered Pets took my full payment, though! Prior to that, I noticed the doggy pool there and asked Pampered Pets if they could use an expensive Float Coat for dogs. Not only is this facility the best I've ever seen but the people are what makes it special. The facility has several indoor and outdoor areas- large areas too! It is extremely clean in every area every time we go. They have lots of extras you can get for your pet like swimming lessons in their indoor pool! Our dog Duncan gets so excited and happy when he knows he is going. The staff is extremely pleasant to work with, they treat Duncan like he is their own. I had to use Pampered Pet for in-home house care while on my honeymoon. We had a fantastic sitter (Lyn) and loved the communication provided with my family who was also helping babysit. We even had a situation last minute where a shift wasn't covered and they easily worked it out for us so our pups were taken care of. We came home to happy dogs that didn't seem too upset that we were gone! We also have used the swimming pool for our tri-pod. The team and facility is excellent
Dexter attends pampered pets day care and has stayed there for an extended stay over Christmas(2 weeks) . The staff is extremely friendly and by the third time visiting daycare they knew my dog the minute we walked in the door. He loves it so much that when he realizes he's going he is a maniac trying to get in the door. Such a great peace of mind leaving him there. Highly recommended.
Macy and Wrigley go to daycare and board here. I can't say enough about the owners, staff and facilities. I know when our dogs are there, they are loved and cared for as if they are at home. Top notch and affordable!! They are the best around!!
