I would highly recommend Pampered Pet Grooming. I've always been able to get my pets in for service in a timely manner. They are friendly and helpful and always have my dogs ready as promised. The prices are reasonable as well. Each pet will receive their very own report card when you pick them up! It's nice to know if your doggy was well behaved or not! TWO THUMBS UP ( Coco & Cooper)

Always a pleasure to be pampered... – Mack and the rest of us thank you for the cute dog plaque (perfect!), the souvenir "pup of the month" poster, and the bag of treats and toys. (OK, Mack thanks you for the treats - they are devoured already!) It's always a pleasure to take Mack in to be pampered. Thanks for making him "extra special" in June!

Sophie and Reuben – Not sure where that last reveiwer went but sure do not htink it was at PPGS. My two Cocker Spaniels are a handful and they have worked with me for many years, they are exstreamly hard work people!!! Go here!! Also at their new salon at Snoqualmie Ridge!

It was 70 dollars not 75 and if your going to write a review start with honest facts! – This dog was the worst case of neglect we have ever seen. No dog ever gets that matted in one month! NoOne was rude to this customer just simply brought it to her attention that it was painful for him to be that matted and you could get turned in for this. Not only was it a bad experience, I see now they LIE – I am now reading a response they made to my negative feedback. Wow, you just demostrated customer service at its worst! You lied in your posting about the condition of my dog. I talk to everyone I see on the trail about where they get their dog groomed and we all don't go to you for the same reason! Either they hav heard of your bad service or have experienced it first hand. I would say I'm surprised by your lies, but then again of course you want to defend your business... read more

Great, fast, friendly customer service.... – I have been taking my Yorkie to Pampered Pets for a few months now...Each time I have taken him there the employees are so friendly...they make it personal with the little red "report cards" that I look forward to seeing each time...My dog always smells so good when he comes home and is very clean....the option to make appointments online is great...even on a closed business day I emailed them for the earliest appoitment possible...within an hour the owner, Lori, called me and sai... read more

Great service and grooming – I have been taking my two dogs to them for 3 months. It's been a great experience for us. My dogs are clean, no fleas. We'd been going to Petsmart and everytime my dogs came back they had fleas. Not at Pampered Pets!! They have one side for dirty pets and one side for clean pets, so no fleas. I am happy with everything so far. And they are fast!
