In response to Iris K. Reading your review was a little confusing since you never informed the girls at Pampered Pets that you were unhappy with their services. Knowing how important it is to Paige that every customer leaves happy and each pet is well groomed. Please stop by and discuss at your convenience and I promise you Paige will personally make sure your Shih Tzu is well taken care of.

I took my Shih Tzu to be groomed last wwek. I requested a puppy cut and advised them she had a few matted areas to please get them out. She came home and not only did she have the mats still on her, she was unevenly cut. I had her groomed once before and had to keep going back because her fur was not cut right. My husband didn't realize my disatisfaction of their services so when I was out of town, he brought her in for a groom. I got home and saw what had been done and not done, I was so angry. Just got my Goldendoodle back from his hair cut and he looks great! I was so nervous to get his hair cut and he would be shaved but that wasn't the case at all! She told me she hand cut all of his hair and it looks great! I would recommend anyone to go check out pampered pets for their dogs!

Absolutely awesome place to take your pet for grooming! Nice staff and do excellent work! Love it!
