RecommendedFrances and her staff are very helpful and patient. I've been getting my dog groomed there for about 9 years and they truly do a wonderful job.

Do not take a dog there for grooming! The staff lies about how long it will take; they admit they are not experienced groomers. It took four hours to trim our dog’s face, according to the groomer. We “rescued” our dog after he’d been there 5 hours & he hadn’t even been bathed yet. We were the first in of the day. I’m pretty sure he hadn’t been out all day or had had any water in those 5 hours.
My girls just love Miss Francis & can't wait to see her every month. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They're awesome!
