They have always been fantastic with the dogs. My Topaz's groomer Paula is so good with her. Topaz is 15 years old and she can be a grouchy old lady, and Paula treats her like she is her own. We have tried other groomers since she was a pup, and none have treated Topaz as special like Pampered Paws.
As first time customers we had an amazing experience. The owner Mary took time in working with both my wife and I in washing and drying both of our Newfoundlands. We will definitely be back for future care!
